Well, my little girl had a birthday and now she's 8! They grow so quickly! Here she is on her birthday playing her "pink" DS. We were supposed to go to grandma's and Uncle Bill, Aunt Elaine, Elizabeth, and Mark were coming to go out to eat with us at CiCi's. Needless to say, with our little ice storm, that got cancelled. She was pretty bummed but we wound up having a great time with just the 4 of us. We're gonna do it this Tuesday instead.
I am so looking forward to Spring Break!!! I love having my kids home with me! Today was a flex day that Brooke's school didn't use for a snow day so she had NO SCHOOL! We slept in and I loved it. I am a night owl, NOT a morning person.
I have done a little scrapbooking. I'm working on Brooke's Girl Scout pictures.
I have done a little organizing, too. Christopher helped me move the LR around and I love it. In the process I did some cleaning and I think this will be so much easier. A friend of the family passed away so I've been a little blah and not done as much as I would have liked to.
Monday, My best friends mom is having surgery so if anyone does chance to read this blog, prayers for Shirley would be appreciated.
I think I'll head over to my favorite organizing blogs and see if I can get motivated. Maybe I'll find a challenge! :-)
